Your paycheck does not represent your complete compensation package. Our company offers a number of benefits not paid in cash that represent real dollars to you and your family.
Our company recognizes the following paid holidays after completion of 90 day probation period:

Note: To qualify for holiday pay, you are required to work the scheduled day before and the scheduled day after the holiday.

Medical Insurance
Included in the package is a Dental and Vision Plan
Our company pays 50% of the employee total portion. The employee is responsible for any dependent portion and 50% of the employees cost.
Life Insurance / Accidental Death Plan
Our company provides a $ 25,000.00 policy on all qualified employees with the option for the employee to purchase additional coverage.
Vacation
Our company grants annual vacation with pay to regular full-time employees.
Continuing Education
Our company provides hands on training classes taught by our specialized personnel or contracted instructors. The company pays for all classes which includes any supplies or books. Freon certification and journeyman license opportunities are available.
Other Benefits
Our company has a number of other benefits that are offered to qualified full-time employees which include company vehicle, uniforms, food allowance and performance bonuses based on a year end.
